It was such a pleasure to work with Marcos at More Than Carpet! He was so professional and went out of his way to try to help us as quickly as possible with our carpet installation. The workmanship that was performed at our property was excellent. Incredible attention to detail and unbelievable prep work. Marcos was so courteous and answered all our questions thoroughly.
Our contractor recommended More Than Carpet to install our new Kitchen floor. I was impressed with Marcos’s friendly manner, expertise and knowledge. He noted that when our old tile is removed there is a good chance that parts of the underlayment will come up with it, that could require installing a new underlayment for the entire floor. The old tiles came up pretty nicely and we were able to avoid the cost of replacing the entire underlayment, just need 2 small patches. The installer did a great job putting down the new flooring. The entire job took a little under two days. Needless to say we were very pleased with the work.
I needed someone to replace old carpet from flight of stairs and replace by new one. Marcos was great: very responsive, he came to the house to give me an estimate the day I got in touch with him. For the job itself his team did a great job: very precise and very neat. I highly recommend Marcos!

My gosh, Marcos is amazing. We visited his store and told him what we wanted from our carpet. He came up the very next day promptly to measure our place and recommended stuff in our price range. He was never forceful or pushy. We ended up purchasing shades from him as well at a very fair price. Not only was our carpet beautifully installed for us, he even called a few months later asking us if we had any issues with our carpet. Excellent customer service.
After getting 3 quotes we settled not on the cheapest but who gave us the best materials selection to work with and gave the help in making our decision. Marcos was very helpful in bringing sample and working with us to get started. This is an 8 unit, 4 floor building with a 30 year old carpet in Brooklyn. They removed the old carpet, repaired steps that needed help, installed padding and new carpet. We are happy we picked them to do this project, the work was very professional and the installation was excellent. Marco was a pleasure to work with.

I can't say enough good things about Marcos and More Than Carpet. We needed a new floor for our kitchen. Within a couple of hours Marcos was at our house with samples. He followed up a few days later and even brought more samples when he sensed that I might be settling on a selection. I really recommend this place. It's not fancy, it's not a showroom.
